Do you have dine in service?
We operate a takeaway service only. If you wish to eat your purchased goods while they're nice and warm, we have a couple of outdoor benches by the windows facing Scoresby Rd you can sit on.
Do you offer wholesale?
Yes, we offer wholesale services but in a small scale only. Head to our contact us page to inquire about wholesale at Dröm.
Do you deliver?
We offer delivery to addresses within a 10km radius from the bakery. We need at least one (1) day’s notice and delivery is only available between 10am and 1:30pm. You can pick a specific delivery time when you check out. You can easily place an order via Cinch.
Can I place an advanced order or pre-order?
We accept a limited number of pre-orders daily. You can now pre-order online by clicking the button below.
You can choose to pick-up your items the same day or a future date. You can place orders up to a month in advance. Pick-ups are set between 9:30am to 2pm daily.

Do I need to queue up if I'm just coming in to pick-up an order I placed in advance?
There is a separate queue for those coming in to pick up their orders. Look out for the signs at the door or ask one of our staff for assistance.
Do you have vegan, vegetarian options?
We do have several vegan and vegetarian items which are duly noted on our menu.
Do you have gluten-free or low-gluten options?
We currently have only one item (Chocolate Pecan Cookie) that is low-gluten. This is usually available from 10:30am until 2pm. We have plans to add more low-gluten items on our menu. Do take note we are not a gf-certified kitchen and there is a likelihood of cross-contamination of non-gf ingredients.
Are you halal-friendly?
We are not halal-certified, however, the chicken and cream we use are halal. All other meats and the gelatine we use are NOT halal.
